Garnet grew up in Winnipeg

Our Story

First Encounter

Garnet and Michelle met at the University of Calgary.

He was studying drama and she was studying economics, but they met through the swing dancing club

First Date

Their first date was at a corn maze in Calgary. It was October, so there wasn’t any corn left, but they still had a great time

First Kiss

They shared their first kiss while watching the movie Moulin Rouge!

Michelle

Michelle grew up in Calgary

Living Together

They both moved to Toronto in 2015 and have been happily living together ever since.

They have gone on many adventures from coast to coast, explored towers and waterfalls, castles and coasters.

At long last, in Montréal, on top of Mont Royal, Garnet asked Michelle to marry him.

She said yes!
